Our store uses only reputable and reliable couriers to deliver our products to your door, such as DPD, Royal Mail, UPS and YODEL. Once your item has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive your tracking number directly through eBay messages so please ensure you check your eBay notifications for tracking updates.

As per eBay T&Cs, once an order has been placed our team CANNOT change the delivery address. Please make sure you enter your delivery address correctly as the parcel/s will be sent to the address as written. Please be mindful that couriers deliver to an address and not an individual.

We offer 24 hour delivery on a range of our products and listings, however this is only applicable for UK Mainland orders. If you are ordering outside of the UK, these are considered ‘International Orders’ to our store and will take longer than 24 hours to arrive. Some of our couriers consider Scottish Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland as outside of the UK Mainland and should also be expected to take longer to arrive.

If there are delays with your parcel upon delivery, please seek to contact the courier first for an update on your parcel with the tracking information you have received.

If your postcode is shown in the list below please contact us straight away as you will need to pay additional delivery before we can send your parcel. Some of our products may not be able to be shipped to additional international locations outside of the UK due to shipping regulations and orders may be cancelled due to this after being placed.

Payment

PayPal is our preferred method of payment via eBay, since it ensures quick delivery of the merchandise. However, our customers can also pay for orders directly through eBay with your card. Please be aware of eBay’s policies on refunds when paying directly through eBay compared to PayPals policies.

If you are purchasing for a business and require a VAT receipt, please message our team directly through eBay and our team will send this to you within 5 working days of requesting.

Returns

Our store offers a storewide 30 day returns policy on all unused products in the same condition as it arrived to you. Return requests after the 30 day policy (which covers 30 days from the delivered date).

All returns must be authorised prior to returning to ensure that the returned parcel is logged and refunded, this can be arranged via requesting a return authorisation through the eBay Messages. Please do not rely on external mail or return products without notifying our team as this runs the risk of the return taking longer or in worst cases, being lost by a courier with no proof of returning the parcel.

Once our team has authorised and logged the expected return, you must return the product/s within a 30 day time frame from the original delivery date.

Any sent to us after the 30 day returns policy will be refused and returned back to the sender.

When returning back a product, you must include the item and all accessories in the original (unused) condition, in which the item was received, and enclose details of your eBay User Id and Item Number. If the item is missing any parts from its original packaging your return may be refused or you may be charged an additional fee.

Returned products must ensure that the package has a tracking number, should it become mislaid in the post, which can occur from time-to-time. Without tracking if the item is lost on its return back to us, we will be unable to provide a refund as we cannot claim for a lost returned parcel without tracking.

We offer a 30 day return policy on all unused and undamaged items. The item will need to be returned to us for inspection for which a refund will be offered to all returned undamaged goods (unless deemed faulty by the manufacturer for which then damaged/faulty goods would be accepted) excluding the original postage costs unless the item is faulty.
