Returns
Our store offers a storewide 30 day returns policy on all unused products in the same condition as it arrived to you. Return requests after the 30 day policy (which covers 30 days from the delivered date).
All returns must be authorised prior to returning to ensure that the returned parcel is logged and refunded, this can be arranged via requesting a return authorisation through the eBay Messages. Please do not rely on external mail or return products without notifying our team as this runs the risk of the return taking longer or in worst cases, being lost by a courier with no proof of returning the parcel.
Once our team has authorised and logged the expected return, you must return the product/s within a 30 day time frame from the original delivery date.

Returned products must ensure that the package has a tracking number, should it become mislaid in the post, which can occur from time-to-time. Without tracking if the item is lost on its return back to us, we will be unable to provide a refund as we cannot claim for a lost returned parcel without tracking.
