Watercolor and ink on paper. Mounted and framed. Representative wooden frame in very good condition.

Count Jakob Friedrich von Rohde was a Prussian chamberlain and ambassador to the Danish court.


Origin: imperial counts and counts in Bavaria. Lord of Langenhagen. Lower Saxony (Hanover region? ); See, for example, the coat of arms of the Counts of Rohde on the wall of a listed half-timbered house at Rohdehof 20 in Langenhagen (see Wikimedia).
