Back in the late 80s and early 90s, there were few toy grade RC off-road buggies for kids as awesome as the nimble TYCO 9.6V Hopper!

However, even back then; toy grade plastic material was quite weak and brittle, and prone to breakage.  So, it wasn't long into the usage of the vehicle before some critical component would snap or crack, rendering it unusable.

The TYCO 9.6V Turbo series of RC vehicles were super popular to us kids back then and they still are today as well as quite valuable too!

This is an aftermarket direct fit, high strength, heavy duty, front bumper for the 9.6V Hopper Buggy series. This is a direct replacement part that will replace the original weak front bumper, which is a common breakage part on the 9.6V series Turbo Hopper, Wild Thing, Heads Up Turbo Hopper, Blaster, FX-4, and possibly some other similar chassis buggies that I'm forgetting about too. 

Please Note: this bumper only fits the later 9.6V battery pack powered Hopper style buggies; not the early model Hopper buggies that took plain 8 AA batteries.
