These were only worn a few times during the New England Blizzard of 2006 and Hurricane Sandy in 2012.  No tears and in very good condition. 

They are heavy duty fire retardant high visibility bib overalls made of PVC over nomex - kevlar as worn by linemen and other electrical workers. See photos of tags for all ASTM, ANSI and ISEA  arc/visibility ratings.
