MAGUS PRO

MAGUS PRO is a classic high-gain distortion pedal with analog circuitry that replicates the slow-through-rate characteristics of the LM308 op-amp in a very compact and sturdy housing.

It follows the traditional distortion circuitry, but all of the circuitry has been developed with TC Electronic technology to match modern sounds.

Treble filter control and three different clipping modes make this pedal suitable for any playing style.

MAGUS PRO offers three clipping modes

FAT - A distortion sound ideal for 80's rock with a big boost in the low end and a thicker sound.

CLASSIC - Classic-style high-gain distortion sound with punchy mids and grippy bottom end.

TURBO - A clean, edgy, dynamic distortion sound with LED clipping diodes.

All redesigned from the ground up by TC Electronic's tone technicians to meet the needs of today's players.

LM308 slew rate characteristics

MAGUS PRO uses the slew-rate circuitry of the LM308 op-amps found in legendary distortion pedals, redesigned with the latest components.

This slew rate eliminates grating, unwanted overtones and unnecessary interference, resulting in smooth distortion at higher gain levels.

Treble Filter

One of the most unique features of MAGUS PRO is the treble filter control.

This is a very useful high-cut filter that allows you to precisely adjust the top end bite.

True Bypass

All TC Electronic products are designed with the utmost respect and care for the sound of the guitar.

Of course, the MAGUS PRO is no exception.

Because of its True Bypass design, when the pedal is off, it has no effect on the original sound.

Therefore, when the pedal is not in use, the pure original sound can be output as it is.
