Cosmetic, Skincare and Fashion Accessories – These products may not be returned due to health and hygienic reasons.

We will not accept returns of the following: all non-spray perfume bottle, mini, sample, or vial & all cosmetic and skin care items including lotion, shampoo gel, body cream, body gel, shaving cream etc...

A 20% restocking fee and Shipping & Handling (S&H) will be assessed on all returned merchandise shipped, except when the return is due to Company error or product defect. All returns shipped free of charge will be assessed a non-refundable handling fee of $5.95 on refunded amount.

International Shipping Rates on all orders shipped are not refundable unless due to company error.

* Shipping cost is non-refundable for unclaimed, undeliverable or returned packages unless the mistake was due to company error.
