Shipping

All items are shipped from our warehouse in Mackay QLD. We will ship using TNT road freight or AusPost eParcel and in all cases you will be provided with a tracking number for your consignment. We endeavour to have all items orderd prior to Midday QLD time ready for shipment on the same business day. Items purchased after Midday may not be ready for shipment until the next business day. In some cases even though we have the parcel ready for shipment there can be delays with the freight provider picking up the shipment which is beyond our control. Please ensure all shipping details are accuratly entered at the time of purchase to avoid inaccurate shipment.

If purchasing using "Local Pickup", after payment please allow 24 hours for your part to be ready. You can pick up your part from our North Jacklin parts department located on the corner of Gordon & Gregory Streets Mackay, QLD, Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm.

Returns

We will accept any new, returned item, purchased from our stock, provided it is in resalable condition within 30 days from the date of sale. Returns must be in their original box with all original packaging enclosed and the purchaser is liable for all return postage costs. Any items which have been fitted, fluids that have had the bottle/container opened, or are an electrical item are not able to be returned under any circumstance. All returns are subject to a re-stocking fee which may be up to 30% of the item value plus freight costs.
