• Our diamonds and gemstones are tested and examined by our Certified Jeweler. Our gold is always tested whether or not it is hallmarked.
• DebZTreasures is part of a brick & mortar that has been in business for over 38 years in the Fort Lauderdale area and in our current location for over 13 years.

• Each listing is described and photographed to the best of our ability. Please note that some gemstones and silver can be difficult to photograph and you may see reflections that are only in the picture and not on the piece.
• Sometimes the color of stones may look different under a variety of lighting, We always strive to show each piece from every angle.
• We love customers who ask questions and we always love to learn, so if you are aware of something that should be added to the listing, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Our Shipping & Return Terms:

• We do NOT accept returns unless we have somehow misrepresented the item.
• We take great pride in our packing skills. If we have over-boxed, over-bubbled, and/or over-taped - please forgive us as our only intention is to make sure your piece arrives in the way it is meant to come to you.
• Our shipping price includes the insurance. We do not charge any handling.
• We only use eBay's Global Shipping for international sales.
• If there is an exception made on an International purchase, we do declare the full value. Always.
• We are NOT responsible for any import charges, including but not limited to, Customs, Duty, VAT, GST, on international shipments under any circumstances. This includes returns or breakage. These are solely the responsibility of the Buyer.
• We do not accept for return or refund packages that are refused at Customs.
• For high-value packages, we do use UPS or FedEx. You are welcome to request the shipping method on any purchase prior to purchase.
• We can only ship to the address that eBay has on file. We cannot change the shipping address for any reason. No Exceptions.
• If an item is unpaid 4 days (96 hours) after an auction ends, eBay automatically cancels the sale.
• We ship when our brick & mortar shop is open: Tuesday through Friday 10 am to 5 pm and on Saturdays from 10 am to 4 pm. Purchases made after 2 pm EST will be shipped the next shipping day.
