FEEDBACK/PROBLEMS/AFTER SALES: We both want a positive experience: if you are unhappy, please do take the time to tell me - I prefer you to do this than have a case opened on Ebay or leave negative or neutral feedback. I want my customers to be 100% satisfied so any problem, please message me asap and I will do my best to assist.
DESCRIPTIONS: Items are described accurately but occasionally a listing error or accidental omission is made - if any doubt, contact the seller.
Be sure of sizes, shade etc to avoid the expense of returns - I am always happy to help and advise so you make a suitable choice.
POSTAGE: Free postage (which the seller pays for) is only within the UK. Items are sent 2nd Class (delivery between 1 and 3 days) with proof of postage, or Recorded Delivery. Packages are photographed prior to dispatch.
DELIVERY TIMES: Unless indicated, I post out within 1 or if unavoidable, 2 business days. Any later I will contact you. If you need an item urgently, please select a faster delivery option, separately priced.
PACKAGING: Your purchase may come without original packaging (this should be stated in the description). I often remove items from their bulky packaging and repack in order to reduce postage costs and to make the package letterbox-sized. I sometimes re-use packaging to avoid waste and to be Earth-friendlier :-)
RETURNS: In the first instance, please contact the seller rather than opening an Ebay case.
Please see my description and the T&C. Postage costs for return are non refundable unless agreed or the return reason is my mistake. I do reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee in some circumstances or to deduct a percentage for items not returned in their original condition.
