Time Screen #5 (Revised)
The Magazine of British Telefantasy
Summer 1990

Articles and episode guides for various British sf/fantasy related television programs. Please see covers and interior pages for lists of contents!

Hey, before the internet, this is how we got our information about tv programs. When you were trying to be sure you had seen every episode, or were collecting programs on VHS, you needed guides like this!

I purchased this magazine when it was released. I read it once, then bagged it and stored it away. Other than miniscule dings at the spine corners and a couple of very teeny colour breaks along the spine, this copy shows no visible blemishes. Nice high grade copy! Please see photos!

Who am I?
I'm glad you are interested in one of the items that I am offering for sale. My name is Larry Hancock. I live in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. I have been collecting comics since the day in June 1965 when I purchased copies of Action Comics #329 and Adventure Comics #337 at a corner store and then looked for the next issues the following month. Over the years I ocassionally got rid of some of my comics to local dealers but my collection stabilized at around 15,000 comics, plus several hundred collections, hard and softcover.

I have also been an avid reader of science fiction since an early age. When I was about 8 years old I received the first three Har dy Boys books as a Christmas present. I was so mad to receive BOOKS as a present! But once I started reading I was hooked. During my high school years I would borrow 8 science fiction books per week from the local library during the summer time. During the school year, I was always reading two books at the same time - one at home, and one that stayed at school in my locker. In the last twenty years my tastes have changed and I read far more mysteries and British crime novels now, but I am still constantly re-reading my science fiction favourites.

I am a full time professional accountant specializing in individuals and very very small businesses. I have many clients who are authors, artists, animators, musicians and many more who are involved in the film business.

I have written comics. However accounting pays much better.

What am I selling?
All comics, books and other items being sold come from my personal collection of over 15,000 comic books and thousands of books, acquired since 1965. I have been a collector, a keeper, an accumulator for long enough and it is finally time to start simplifying.

Communication:
Please feel free to ask me questions about any items that I am selling. It is important to me that you are happy with your purchases from me, so the more informed you are beforehand, the better. After a purchase, if you are not satisfied with the item you receive, please let me know so we can resolve any concerns that you have.

Grading:
I am not a professional grader. Some of the items that I am selling are CGC graded. For all items I will provide photographs with as much important detail as possible so that you can make up your own mind as to the condition of the item. Please study those photos and scans carefully as I will not accept returns for any flaws which are readily apparent in the pictures.

Shipping charges:
Buyer is responsible for any import charges.

If you purchase more than one item, I will be pleased to combine shipping. Be sure to ask for an invoice when you checkout rather than paying the charges that ebay automatically calculates.
