What if there is a problem?
We will do everything possible to ensure that your decals are packaged and shipped properly to avoid damage. Even our best efforts sometimes fail due to shipping damage. If this occurs we will replace your decal at no cost to you. Just send a photo of the damage and we will make new ones.

Please make sure that you double check for name spelling. We do not know how to spell every name as many of the same names are spelled differently by people. If the defect is our fault, we will replace your decal free of charge.
