A dual-layer of water and oil allows it to easily wipe off waterproof makeup without irritating sensitive skin by excessive rubbing or harsh chemicals, as this is also formulated without any animal derived ingredients, mineral oil, sulfates, colors or dyes.

Shake the bottle fully to mix oil & water well before using it.
