Using:
Coconut bowls don’t like really hot food as it can cause them to crack, we recommend using your wooden bowls to eat room temperature and cool foods. You can eat warm foods but no hot soups or pasta also a cold like smoothie, or ice cream. Do not use in extremely in the oven, microwave, freezer, or dishwasher.
Washing:
Easy to clean by hand in lukewarm water with soap. Do not soak for a long period of time. After washing, dry the bowls at room temperature quickly.
Tips:
After used fews time your bowls may dull and dry. To re-hydrate the bowls use coconut oil or food oils polish it all inside and out.
SHIPPING
Shipping Time:
Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 working days of receiving payment and you should expect to receive it 5~7 days after dispatch.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before you buy the item.
Shipping Damage:
Our shipping department makes every effort to ensure that your products arrive in good condition. Unfortunately, damage can occur during transit from our facility to your location.
Should your products be damaged during transit then you have 2 options:
- Accept delivery of the products, or
- Refuse the damaged products.
RETURN
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must provide us with the receipt or proof of purchase, the shipping tracking number, specific reason for the return.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returning product to reach us may vary.
