The Signum SXE amplifiers are not only known for their excellent sound, by the way, you also get a decent amount of power. The 1000 watt RMS strong SXE250.4 is now at the top of the available 4-channel models. Operation as a 4- or 3-channel power amplifier is ideal; in the latter mode, there are 2 x 150 or 2 x 150 or 250 watts RMS and for the subwoofer even 500 watts RMS at 4 ohms.
Fans of analogue Class A/B power amplifiers will get their money's worth with the SXE250.4. The double-laminated epoxy circuit board is stately equipped: an armada of sixteen 30 MHz high-speed output transistors, together with the 9V/μS fast operational amplifiers, ensure proper power and absolutely clean sound. The only downside: reserve enough space for the installation, the ESX is a decent board with a length of 460 mm. We recommend 25 mm² power cables, which can be easily accommodated by the large connection terminals.
Modernly equipped with cinch and high-level inputs, the ESX can be connected to all common radios. All crossovers are integrated and fully adjustable, including bandpass function. Thanks to the automatic switch-on and the integrated EPS, the ESX is also ideally suited for factory radios with impedance detection.
