AIRTEC Part Number: ATINTFO54.

Ideal for those aiming at around the 300bhp mark and fast road or light track use, the Stage 2 kit features a 50mm core that extends up in front of the crash bar and can be fitted to standard boost pipes or the AIRTEC big boost pipe kit.

As modifying the Mk7 Fiesta ST continues to be popular, AIRTEC have introduced a new Stage 2 intercooler kit to slot neatly into the product range between the entry-level Stage 1 and track ready Stage 3 intercooler.

The kit therefore offers a great compromise in the ability to produce a significant cooling improvement over a Stage 1 intercooler, without having to bite the bullet for an all-out Stage 3 track intercooler package.

The replacement intercooler fits with very little modification, with only slight trimming to the inside of the bottom grille required in some applications where the original bumper may have sagged over time.

Full height core design gives the look and the performance on a smaller budget with good efficiency up to the 300bhp mark, ideal for those with hybrid turbos to keep those inlet temps down.

DYNO TESTED

To better represent how the different intercoolers in the range work in real world conditions, AIRTEC tested the Stage 1, 2 and 3 items on the development Fiesta ST track car at an independent dyno (WG Motorworks). This revealed that the Stage 1 and Stage 2 intercoolers initially show a similar and steady 20 degree increase in intake temperatures during an extended, loaded run, whilst the Stage 3 offers a lesser increase.

However, when viewed on the power graph, the Stage 2 demonstrated its bigger capacity over the Stage 1 and continued to make power while the Stage 1 became restricted. This ultimately allowed similar peak figures to the huge Stage 3 intercooler, due to the air flow characteristics.

Shipping

We ship worldwide. If the shipping charge is not automatically filled in for you, please contact us and we will happily quote you. Note that we cannot send items abroad using non tracked, uninsured mail any more, due to unacceptable level of losses. Quotes will therefore always be for an insured courier, or tracked post, depending on the weight and value of the item.

For items that are being sent within the UK via 2nd class post, please allow 3-5 days from the date of dispatch before contacting us. You will usually be advised when items have been dispatched via the EBay email service.

Please note that when working out how long it will take for items to arrive, you must add together the time to dispatch and the shipping time, as not all items can be dispatched the same day you order them. We will have entered an approximate dispatch time on each listing. EBay should work out the approximate date of receipt for you, based on both the dispatch time and the delivery time.

For all items that are sent via courier, you should be able to track your own parcel using the tracking number that we enter at the point of dispatch

Note that for items sent out via courier, all of the following post codes are classes as premium areas, and as such will generally incur a £20 courier charge, instead of the usual UK Mainland Charge.

Returns

If you would like to return an item that you have purchased from Larkspeed, you must contact us prior to sending the item back in order that we can authorise the return and advise the best address to return it to.

You have 14 days from the date of receipt in which to return your item. Goods must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect "as new" condition, in order to qualify for a refund.

If an item is faulty, or has been sent incorrectly by fault of Larkspeed, then we will reimburse the full price paid including any shipping. However if you have ordered the wrong part, or simply do not require the item any more, then you will be refunded minus AIRTEC's shipping charges, and minus any applicable handling charge.

Handling charges may apply on certain items which are made to order specially for you by AIRTEC's suppliers, such as Piper Exhausts and Clutches.
