Authenticity Policy:
You receive the exact product pictured. The products listed are 100% authentic and unaltered. The Ray Rowl Tom Store does not sell fake, orica or tampered cards.
 
Payment Policy:
Payment is to be made up front. Orders will only be shipped after payment has been confirmed.
 
Shipping Policy:

All orders are sent with Australia Post with tracking included in price. Combined Shipping is available. Multiple cards can be sent at once in a single order! And multiple products of differing sizes can be combined into one order and fit into a single parcel. Just add the products you want to your cart and request an invoice. Feel free to contact the store before making a purchase so we can discuss a fair shipping arrangement for the products you would like to purchase.
 
Up to four single card orders are sent in a Letter.
Orders of five or more cards will be sent in a padded mailer.
Larger products will be sent in parcel boxes.
 
Single cards are individually sleeved, placed into a top loader, and put into a team bag.
Playsets of holo rares are individually sleeved, each put into a top loader, and put in a team bag.
Playsets of non holos are put into a single sleeve and are placed with a top loader in a team bag to prevent bending.
Goods sent in a parcel/box are bubble wrapped to ensure they remain safe during delivery.
 
Refunds & Returns Policy:
If the purchased product is not delivered to the customer after one week of the eBay expected delivery time then a full refund of the item's cost will be made. However, the shipping cost will not be refunded. If the purchased product is faulty or does not match the listing description, it will be replaced or refunded. The customer can choose which option they would like. The customer can choose to return the product to be replaced, however, shipping will not be covered by the store. The replaced goods will be sent with free shipping.
 
This policy does not apply if the customer simply changes their mind about wanting the product and in this case a refund cannot be administered.
 
Exclusion Clauses:
After the Ray Rowl Tom Store has shipped its orders, it takes no responsibility for how the letters or parcels are handled. There are no dangerous objects, parts, or edges on the products sold. And so, any mishandling of letters or parcels by the customers or the delivery company employees that result in damaged items or injury to the handler are responsibilities of the person handling the parcel and not the Ray Rowl Tom Store.
 
Privacy Policy:
All customer information will only be retained in invoices. This information will not be stored on a device but only in a secure cloud service.
 
Customer Policy:
Once a customer has confirmed their order and a payment is made then the store enters a contract with that customer and is legally obligated to fulfil the order.

Complaints Policy:
All complaints will be responded to as soon as possible in a politely and professional manner. Steps will be taken to solve all problems. All complaints will be recorded.
