This listing is for a lot of small size metal rivets.  There are 64 total rivets.  All are solid bright lime green in color.  See photos for exact brads in this lot #5B. They are 3/16" in diameter, slightly smaller than 1/4".   These are rivets, not snaps.   Easy to attach to your scrapbook page, card or other paper craft project with your rivet tool.
