This is the latest revision of the tensioner release by Honda factory. Part number: 14520MCW013 x 2QTY. 

Replaces previous part numbers: 14520-MCW-003, 14520-MCW-000. 

Over time the tensioner wears and makes more noise. They often need to be replaced on engines  that have spent their life bouncing off the rev limiter. Worn timing chain tensioners have been associated with timing chain rattle, and if unchecked, can cause the timing chain to “jump”.

The part comes in original Honda Packaging, at the best price on ebay.
