10AH Battery Box- Designed specifically for solar pumps. The battery case and the controller are combined in one, which can make the water pump system run more continuously. NOTE- Please don't make the pump work without water for a long time, it may lead the water pump's lifespan to be shortened. And please clean the pump regularly. In order to prevent items from being damaged by collision during transportation. Your order was divided into two or three parcels for delivery.

All items are dispatched from our warehouse in UK.

Under normal conditions, delivery will take between 3 and 8 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas will required longer delivery time. If you are given a tracking number, please use it to track the delivery status of your order.

We may not be able to deliver to a very few remote areas. Either use a different delivery address or cancel the order.

We regret that our warehouse is not accessible to the public. As such, we do not offer a pick-up option.

We work with different courier partners to provide reasonable freight costs and quality service. The type of courier used is dependent upon size and weight of each item and the delivery location.

Some products may be dispatched in more than one carton.

    We offer a 12 month warranty on all products used for private household use from the date of purchase (unless noted otherwise). The use of products for commercial purposes qualifies the purchaser to a 3 month warranty period. Consumable components and accessories are not covered once used or for damage caused by general wear and tear.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and the product is still in brand new condition, we can arrange a partial refund for you, and you will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees.
Precautions for Returning goods:

1.Please write the product information of the returned order on the white slip, and then stick the white slip firmly on the outside of the package .

If there are multiple packages, please ensure that the slip can be found in each outside of the package.
