I always re-bush my radiators to bottom entry and to 1/2" inlets/outlets.

I pressure test them to 3 bar for 48 hours.

If they are painted, I may need to heat the fittings up to remove the old bushes so there may be burn marks to the existing paint.

I can't offer sandblasting or repainting.

Ideally need to be sandblasted to look there best as they are stored outside and finished paint will be affected by the weather.

Only tested when sold.
