A new unopened China Mobile Hong Kong sim card with 48HKD balance. There may be a 5-15HKD charge applied when registering the sim card (I'm not sure of the exact amount, but I think it is about 10HKD)

Please note that it needs to be registered before it can be used.

In order to register the sim card, scan the qr code on the back of the plastic card that holds it and then fill out the registration form on China Mobile's website, then upload a picture of your passport when the site asks you to do so
