For unwanted items please contact us if you no longer require what you have ordered within 7 days and we will arrange of it to be returned to us. We will allow up to 30 days for unwanted items to be sent back to us provided they are in a saleable condition and unused. Thank you.
Lost or delayed items due to royal mail
The majority of the items (95%) we post are either delivered earlier then expected or on time. We check each and every order on a daily basis to make sure they are received at a post office before 5pm on weekdays. In the unlikely event you do not receive your item(s) within three to five working days, (excluding weekends) please let us know. Please allow up to 7 working days to elapse before contacting us. In most cases items are delivered from anything up to 3 days to 5 days but if they are not they could be delayed sometimes taking an additional 2-3 days due to current conditions affecting Royal Mail staff and deliveries.
