best to resolve any problem. Leaving negative feed voids warranty!
All the hardware with the item is being provided
for free with the purchase. Superior Exhaust bear no responsibility for the
missing or not fitting hardware, we will try our best to send you the right
hardware every time shown in the picture.
A replacement will not be dispatched until we
receive the faulty or damaged parts back.
We use generic images on listing. Actual product

Returns
We aim to provide you the good buying experience,
30 days return policy is offered in our store.
Please follow our return policy before you return
any item(s):
Please note you MUST contact us to obtain a
Return Authorization Number before returning any part or open a return request
through EBAY.
Any parcel without the Return Authorization Number
will be rejected.
If your item is faulty or was incorrect, you
must contact our sales representative before returning the parcel and we will
endeavour to solve the problem effectively.
Video or picture is required to show the item
condition before we issue the Return Authorization Number.
RETURNED Items must be in new, unused condition,
and in the original packaging as you received it and the SEAL NOT Broken or
Opened.
It is your responsibility to make sure you are
purchasing the correct item.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping
costs if we do not offer FREE RETURNS for the item that you purchased.
If you receive your order and find something is
missing or damaged, please contact with us within 24 hours of receiving your
order.
WARRANTY
VIN NUMBER AND ODO MUST BE PROVIDED AT A TIME OF
PURCHASE
Provide a sales receipt and a vehicle diagnostic
report when inquiring about the warranty.
The following are not covered under warranty
Broken ceramic inside the converter this can be
caused by misfiring issue on the vehicle
Fuel smell inside the converter completely dark
ceramic this can be caused by excessive fuel burning from the vehicle engine
Dent broken converters
Modification done to the converter by the
buyer
Buyer is required to follow our return policy for
warranty claim.
We will not resend product before we get the
returned item from customers.
The customer is responsible for all freight charges
incurred with the exchange. This includes the original freight cost to the
customer.
Only items authorized for warranty service that
pass warranty inspection will be processed. Unauthorized customer warranties or
warranty items that do not meet warranty criteria as stated by the
manufacturer, or do not pass a warranty inspection will be denied and returned,
if requested, at the customer's expense. Unclaimed denied warranty returns will
be destroyed.
Warranty items will be replaced with the same or
equivalent items. Refunds will not be given in a warranty circumstance.
