Turkish primitive hand carved one-piece wooden opium harvest tool with blade to harvest resin of opium in.
Until 1970's illegal opium production was a mainstay in Anatolia, Turkey.
This tool with a short blade aside (best seen in #3) was used to cut / scratch one side of opium and lay in / collect spilling resin.
In 1970's such tools were seized and destructed by local authorities to prevent any opium harvest.
