This is a plastic fishing net float we beachcombed on the Washington coast. It measures 11 inches tall or 34.5 inches circumference (not counting the ears).  It is in good water tight condition. No leaks! It has wear from being used in the fishing industry. Would be a great piece of yard art or a marker buoy.
