This is a preowned Vintage Lion's Club International Cast Iron Heavy Antique Brass Bell. Color is more like antique brass and finish is polished shiny.

The outside is in nice shape, no inscription so you can custom engrave it. Needs a ringer / clapper inside for the loop.
