The Compass is in GREAT shape. The box that it comes in is handmade. It comes with a lid that has 2 brass hooks to hold it closed. (see pictures)There is an award plaque on the outside that states " MICHAEL B. MAUK TO THE GREATEST BOSS FROM THE NUMBER 1 SERVICE DEPARTMENT IN THE WORLD UPA - 1978"  There is a Porsche and Audi metal pictures attached to the plaque. (see pictures) The compass does have some oxidation spots on the brass and a couple stain spots on the white part inside. (see pictures) Measurements : 8" x 8" x 6"
