Here's a lovely Royal Copenhagen plate from their Aluminia Faience factory, which merged with Royal Copenhagen in 1882. Their dating codes  indicate this was made in 1953 (the "U" above the "A "in "Denmark"). It may be a second due to the impressed lines that can be felt (but not seen) below the beehive. If so, there's no evident fault in the manufacturing. It is 8 1/4". There's fine allover crazing and two chips on the back of the rim that aren't visible from the front.
Please feel free to ask any questions.

I'm happy to take returns within 30 days at buyer's expense. Item must be in the identical condition as when received, without cleaning, alterations, or further wear. I don't take partial returns or offer partial refunds.
International sales may incur additional customs fees or VAT taxes that I have no knowledge of or control over. These are the responsibility of the buyer -- sellers aren't notified of these charges.

Fine Print: recently I've had interactions with several nonpaying bidders, and with buyers who don't understand Ebay's returns process or how the bidding works. Should you need assistance, I'm more than happy to answer questions or help you find them from EBay. Here are my requests of buyers:

-- please ask any questions at all, leaving enough time for me to answer them
-- check the cost of shipping prior to bidding. Shipping can add quite a bit to the final price
-- if there are problems with your item after you receive it, please contact me! Leaving complaints in feedback doesn't help anyone, and I want to make the transaction good for both of us

Thank you so much for looking!
