You are buying an antique Victorian cast iron "K Diamond" (name of business) letter holder/business card file stand (measures 3.75" long by 3" tall by almost 3" wide) in excellent condition and has no breaks or missing parts. 

These cast iron letter holders/business card file stands were manufactured in the mid-1880s and then marked by individual companies and used for their advertising. 

This particular cast iron letter holder/business card file stand has aged very nicely.  The ends of the letter holder/business card file stand are cast iron and the three bottom brace rods and wire are made out of solid metal.
