This lovely pair of solid what I believe to be brass sailboat bookends measuring about 5 1/2", 4 3/4" long and 3 1/4" wide and weigh 2 pounds 11 ounces each. There is some black wear on the top of the sails. I believe these are painted over brass? Please see pictures for more information.
