Postage Policy
We aim to
dispatch items within 1 working day of purchase.
We aim to
be sustainable and use recycled packaging where possible and ask that you also
try and recycle the packaging where possible. We aim to cut out plastic when a
suitable replacement is available.
Packaging
is a huge cost to a small business, so we do try to offset this by adding a
little to the cost of postage. This means we can offer you better more reliable
and safer packaging.
Returns Policy
We accept
returns for reasonable circumstances for up to 30 days from the date of purchase
at our cost.
Items listed
as broken or for parts will not be returnable!
You must
return the item in the same condition as stated on the original listing.
We Try
our best to protect all items during the postage process however if it does get
damaged, please take photos of both the packaging and the item itself and
message us to take it further.
We do not
offer partial refunds under no circumstances.
All items
are weighed correctly prior to postage so if anything is missing from your
purchase at return it will be easily proven with the weight being different.
This will affect your refund amount.
If we
suspect any suspicious or deceiving activity, we hold the right to block you
from our store.
