SEN01114 Flame Sensor, Designed to detect the flame safely. When a flame is detected, the infrared radiation emitted by the flame is received by the infrared receiver, which generates an electrical signal. The comparator circuit then compares this signal to a reference voltage and outputs a digital signal indicating the presence of a flame.
When the sensor does not detect the flame gas valve is closed to prevent gas from flowing into the home.
