DESCRIPTION / CONDITION / PROVENANCE

This is a very nice portrait oil painting on board, of a 18th century gentleman wearing a red coat. Painting is signed by the artist in the lower left corner, unfortunately we are unable to make out the signature. (see photos) Painting is mounted in a beautiful antique gold finished frame and is ready to hang on the wall. The condition of this piece is very good, no damage that we can see, we do know the painting was recently reframed, and the canvas was laid to a hard paper board during the framing process. This piece was acquired from a high-end antique dealer in Daytona, Florida.
