1990 Operation Desert Shield First Day of Issue Cover FDOI Album Set with COA

This eBay listing is for a small 6 ring binder of OPERATION DESERT SHIELD First Day Issue stamp set that comes as you see pictured in the listing. This is a 7 album set in the binder complete with the COA stating that the set was cancelled on Noveember 11, 1990 (Veteran's Day and list a limited run of only 5000 sets made. I just picked up a few of these sets and the only different is the set number. This means the set number that you will receive may be slightly different than the one pictured in the listing. The set is in mint condition in the binder as pictured.

In order to keep the shipping costs down for my buyers, this will be shipped inside a new bubble mailer envelope.
