Note on portrait format:

1. For multiports on two sides of the monitor, you need to use a stand to hold the monitor if you need to use it in portrait mode.

2. You can set the portrait mode in the display settings of the computer/laptop that you connect to the monitor.

Compatibility Issues:

1. Not compatible with Surface, Pixel 2/3/4;

2. Android/iPhone to HDMI adapter is required when connecting to phones without a USB 3.1 port;

3. If your phone has USB C 3.1 port and connects to the monitor but doesn't display anything, please make sure you use our original cable to connect and that you have connected both two USB C ports on the monitor, to test if this can work. If you try all of these methods and can't get it to display, you may have a compatibility issue. You could find us and we can discuss the resolution.

4. If you can't connect your laptop or other devices to the monitor, find us and we can work it out.

5. If your device is Macbook with a MontereyOS system, please update your system to the latest version and you can connect successfully.
