    Returns

    All returns need to be issued within 30 Calendar days after the date of purchase

    Refunds

    Refunds are applied to the payment method used at the time of purchase 2 to 3 days after our receipt of the returned merchandise. We will only refund the value of the merchandise returned, not any shipping charge. If you purchase the item with "Free Shipping", the actual shipping fee will be deducted from your refund payment.

    If you return for “buyer remorse” ie. It doesn’t fit, ordered the wrong size. You will be charged a 50% restock fee. To cover the return shipping. Please ask if you’re not sure.

    Damaged or Defective

    if merchandise is discovered to be defective upon receipt it will be replaced. All packages are inspected for damage prior to leaving the warehouse. If your package is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately and provide us with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the problem, by replacing damaged parts or merchandise

    Returning Items

    Please send us a message through eBay (Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM EST). All returned merchandise must be in original condition and must include the original factory box and factory packaging, paperwork and instructions.

    Returned merchandise that is lost or damaged during transit is solely the shippers’ responsibility. It is important to save the tracking information and to properly ensure all merchandise being returned to MRT Deals.
