Notes: The only one on ebay.  The Silsby Hose Carriage medallion is sterling silver, though it has toned over time; it is also the only one currently on ebay.  The belt buckle itself is a silver-colored metal (I assume steel or aluminum).  Very cool scarce belt buckle.
