No returns, please make sure these are the right sized covers for your lights before you order.
The lights need to be small enough for the covers to stretch over them.
They are new, but may have some dust marks from storage.
I was able to wipe this off fairly easily on a few of the worst stained covers I had.
If there are any dust marks/stains on the covers you receive most of it will likely wipe off.
