what makes this book EVEN MOREE EXCEPTIONAL is that his wife wrote inside the front cover, 

"To Tella, In memory of Sam, Esther Reindorf March 1989 Manzanilla" (Italy)

It's pure history.....all of it....the original litho plates, his wife having held it and dedicated it, in memory of Sam himself, and the provenance; Esther returned to Italy when dedicating the book

The plates are just fantastic there are over 70 color plates throughout
