The car is used but still in good condition. The wind-up works but the wheels won't move freely. There is also one tire missing from the back passenger wheel. (see pictures) The car body is showing some grim build-up in areas and some wear. (See pictures) The windows are intact and there are no signs of cracks, but there are some scuff marks. (See pictures)
