CH Field Haviland 2 Luncheon Plates The Fontainbleau White Pink Roses Limoges READ

These two white porcelain luncheon plates have a raised relief design in addition to the delicate pink roses that circle the edges. Additional pink roses are in the center of the plate. Marked on the back “GDA France” in green and “CH FIELD HAVILAND LIMOGES The FONTAINBLEAU” in red. The GDA mark signifies this piece was made by Gerard, Dufraisseix & Abbot (GDA) of the Limoges region of France. This mark began being used in 1900.

Plates are approximately 8 1/4” across. Intended as luncheon plates they also make lovely salad plates.

In good preowned condition both plates have a small chip on one edge. See the two photos of each plate I took showing both the front and back side of this area. One plate also has a chip in the foot of the plate. Please view all photos as they are part of the item description and show the actual item you will receive.
