If planning to purchase stamps andrelated items such as stamp lots of domestic and international;PostalCards; Souvenir Sheets, CTOs (Canceled to Order), FDC's (First DayCovers), Mint Hinged, Mint Never Hinged, Mint Light Hinge,Mint nogum, Used, Used Gum, Used no gum, pre-cancels, machine cancels,Single Stamps, and stamps in multiples such as lots selling with25-100 or various amounts; may be considered sets and lots. Strips, panes, booklets, 1/2 sheets, 1/4 sheets and many others.  Thatwore me out :)

If you want to use our combined shipping orour discounted which will not be automatic in cart, when you areready to browse order etc.  Then let us know that you want towait to buy for the next 108 hours (5 days) our payment combinedshipping will be automatic after 5 days.  It's set up now so ifyou want to move ahead then let's get moving my friends :)

Afterup to but no more than105 hours, all accounts must be settled so thatwe may ship. You may settle sooner but remember, once packagesare readied for ship; there will be no more discounts given for thatorder.  You will need to mail out new parcels.  Allpayments must be made on E bay.

Any stamp lots. We cancombine the Shipping. Domestic charges may vary, but the firstitem in shipping will not be considered a free shipping item. thefirst item must have a postage attached for shipping fees. If you areonly buying free shipped items; then no you do not need to get adiscount; there is no shipping due.

Such as 1.50domestic First class mail. Any item after the first for Domestic is1.50 per item to ship. The Highest priced shipping on any itemin the order will be used as the first based price.  Example, 5items. 2 say free shipping, 1is 10.00, one is $15.25 and one is4.25.  We would discount as follows:   First item$10.00 + 4x1.50 = 16.00 for shipping.  If we did not, your orderwould be for shipping: 10_15.50 + 4.25 = $29.25 so it saves youover half of shipping costs.

This is especially important toour International buyers. And postage costs otherwise per item can bevery expensive; if purchased and shipping separately  We offerthe following discounts. You can add your items to the cart, andtake up to 2 days to checkout.  Most of our Internationalcharges may be $5.00 shipping.

So if you are shippinginternational and you have 10 stamp related items,  you will payaccording $18.50 for Shipping as to the following:   FirstShipment on package; $5.00, each additional order is $1.50 each asweight may add up.  So 1x5(5.00) plus 9x1.50 (13.50) = 18.50total .  If items in your cart are more base rate shipping thatbase will apply first. Example:  5 products.  1 is5.00 shipping flat. 2 are 6.25and 2 are 13.25 - Total of $44.00. taken discounts into account:

We take the highest shippingbase and then proceed. IN this case above, it is the that cost 13.25to ship. So it wold be$13.25 base +4x1.50-  total cost: $19.25 more than half of the cost is discounted.

When readyto check out, we will send you an invoice for payment and discountthe shipping.  If you do not do it this way it will be 10x5.00for 50.00 quite a bit higher. Limitations are as following:  Noitems in the same package as Stamps and Flats that will not include;books, magazines (we do sell some stamp magazines but they are heavyitems at times. Any hard items, jewelry, metals, jewelry supplies, beads, stamps, coins, bullion, wire, sheet, tools, hazardoussubstances, watches, rings, bracelets, earrings, lighters andotherwise metals; paper products only related to stamps as noted.

If you add an item that does not qualify for discountedpreference; and we see that item in your cart; we will notify you andask that you remove the item as we may not ship it in the flats.

Ifparcels require registered mail services you should expect to waitlonger for packages. There is tightened security along the entireway;Registered Mail parcels are not put in the same as other mail. And they are locked in safes for most of the Journey.  They willneed a signature.  Customs most definitely may and will openthese packages due to the values involved.

They may andvery well could levy higher fees.  Your Postal carriers or thepost office will call you to come get your parcel and you will needto pay any fees your country charges at that time. If you do not paythey make keep it and auction or otherwise.  It is important ifyou get notices to take care of them as soon as Possible.

Ifyou need a customs broker intermediary to take care of you and helpyou which are professionals when it comes to clearing formal customsthen you are responsible for all charges.  Particularly withRegistered Mail, customs may levy fees in addition to what waspaid.

We do not ever know what those fees are and theymay be complex.  Just like our US Customs and Bordercontrol. They change all the time.  But most countries arenot that tough; they will generally work with a customer. They wantyou to get your package too. Oh it may not seem so at times; but theydo. They don't want to keep your dream barbie waiting?  haah

International

  • will be shipped by First Class Mail sorry the USPS doesn'toffer tracking for the service; but tracking would stop once it leftthe United States. We expect 7-21 days (see below - items almostalways arrive sooner) and it is pretty good service. Post office inyour country will pick up at customs and deliver it to youraddress.  It should not have issues to clear customs.  Wehave used this many times.  it's a decent mailingservice.

Most items arrive far before the maximum 21 days andmost parcels will not require customs documents, as they do notrequire aCN22 or CN23 customs declaration as it's below thethreshold so it will probably just fly through customs anyway;they'll probably run it though an X-ray to scan the insides; whichis normal;and if it complies with stated rules, etc. they release toyour countries carrier.

In cases of a packagethat may becoming by Registered Mail, a representative of ourshipper or one hired by them, will be there when your customs opensthe parcel and then seals and turns it over to the carrier. The carrier will at them relinquish responsibility for thatparcel.

Unlike the United States, if the parcelis lost, stolen and otherwise within the borders of your country;you may be lucky to get anything back; except probably less than$100.00 -  they call it indemnity.  Indemnity changestotally once products are handed off to your countries Shippers.

  • Once package is sent off to theUSPS drop box; ready to ship we will send you the photo of theoutside of your parcel with postage prepaid thereon .Remember oncethe parcel hits your countries customs, known as the hand-off, andupon clearing; the Postal Service in your country will deliver yourpackage.

Once the hand-off takes place we are notresponsible. An dour Carriers responsibility ends at that time. ifyou need to pay;for whatever reason customs and vat etc. which wedoubt; and say not; but cannot guarantee it; it is yourresponsibility. Many times since it is low fees on items; it ispossible your countries postal service may collect from you oncethey deliver.  this has happened but the items in question wereworth far more than a few postage stamp lots.

Even so theypaid the carrier when they delivered it. it wasn't much as logicalbut we cannot say what your customs will do. No one can. Even so, wedo not see happening but you must be aware that they could dowhatever they want.  If they do charge for customs. Send us anemail or message to let us know?

Peace and Happiness toyou and yours!
