Providing the regulator is returned in it's original unused condition, It's up to the buyer to check the electrical system of his/her motorcycle before fitting, some common mistakes are: a flat or dead battery, battery not connected properly, a short in the bikes wiring/or a high drain accessory fitted. a faulty stator / generator (ie too much voltage output), regulator not bolted to the bike. We will not accept returns of burnt-out regulator as these are fully tested before shipping, There will be a good reason why you need one of these regulators so keep this in mind. Thanks
