NOTICE ABOUT TRACKING & HANDLING TIME 

This item ships using a fairly new tracking system through eBay that some buyers may not be familiar with. The new system is for letter sized mail and uses USPS. It appears as "ebay send" or "ebay delivery services". This system does not require an initial scan which can lead some buyers to believe that the item has not actually shipped. In reality the item has been shipped within 1 day of the seller "shipping" the item on eBay. Also, the new system doesn't get as many scans as a regular First Class package. In addition to this the estimated "delivery date" on eBay is often wrong, so the seller has added an extended handling time so that the buyer does not usually get the item "late". The seller ships within 1-2 business days from the time you make a payment. (faster than stated handling time) We make every effort to get it in the mail as fast as possible and offer realistic delivery estimates.
