Wedge Gasket UPVC Window & Door Rubber Gasket Seal
Our Wedge Gaskets are available in lengths from 1 metre; please amend the quantity drop down to the length you require; where possible the gasket will be provided in one continuous length.
Many windows and doors are fitted with a Wedge gasket to weather seal the opening sash against the frame. Wedge gaskets are some of the most popular seals. No adhesive is required to fit, the gasket is designed to simply push into a groove located around a sash or frame.
Over the years many gaskets will lose their flexibility, start to shrink and even disintegrate. Fitting new gaskets can be cost-effective in solving many problems; draughty and leaking windows are one of the many symptoms of a failing gasket.

Please check very carefully that you are ordering the correct gasket. If you are in any doubt please order one of our Gasket Sample Packs to enable you to select the correct profile. These are available from our shop.
Important:
When fitting it is easy to cut the gasket too short - to avoid this measure around the unit and add approximately 6cm to the length required before cutting.
