Two labels: KINLOCH ANDERSON and Exclusively for SMITH’S Bermuda, Vintage Scottish Tartan, Black and White Plaid, Pleated Skirt. Kilt, Vintage Size 10.  Made in Scotland, 100% Wool,  Acquired from estate sale, not much of signs of wear, has black leather, silver buckled belt straps, no visible holes, snags in the fabric.  Pic #6, has an inner velcro fastener strip at waist.

Tagged size 10, but at the waist, I would say a size 4/Small OR is it a Girl's Size 10??  Picture #9, the top belt does not close on the mannequin, which has a 26.5" waist.  Pic #10, flat measurement across on the last available hole is 12.5" across = 25" Waist.  Top to hem 26.5" Long.
