THIS FITS COUPE (2 DOOR) G.M. B/C BODY CARS ONLY!   THIS WILL NOT FIT SEDANS (4 DOOR CARS)! I've recently acquired a couple crates of 1967-70 Cadillac parts, most of which are in very good to premium condition.  Technically this is out of my realm, since I specialize in 1971-76 Cadillac parts....but I have the books and information to cross reference most of the items.  I will do my best to be accurate, but YOU will need to be sure the items for sale will fit your particular year and model before buying.  I will add more items over the next few weeks.

DESCRIPTION:  This auction is for a (1) working 1969 (Two-Door Coupe or Convertible models) DRIVER DOOR Actuator.  This is fully a non-repairable item when yours goes bad...you have to throw away the old one and replace it with another.  Pretty simple to do, actually.  If your lock doesn't go up and down, then likely the actuator has seized.   

IMPORTANT NOTE #1:  THIS WILL NOT WORK IN ANY 4-DOOR MODELS.  

ITEM CONDITION:  The auction actuator is exceptionally clean and in very decent shape.  The rubber top is unique in that it's NOT rotted away.  Instead it's complete, and is very pliable for being 53 years old.  Overall clean body.  Actuator has been bench tested and has strong pull/push action.  Don't snooze and lose on this rare clean & working actuator....I only have one of these~! 

ORIGINAL YEAR OF USE:  1969  

I'd recommend that you grease up your window rails and lubricate the lock mechanism at the same time that you replace this actuator.
