Great piece for your vintage instrument collection. A rare Soviet tool tongs for stripping insulation from cables. Made in the USSR in the 60s. Perhaps this is a professional tool that was included in the kit of an electrician installer. It is marked with a stamp number 7. The knives are sharp, they clean the insulation well. There is an adjustment for different cable diameters.

      Dimensions 120x65 mm (4.7x2.5 inches), weight 204 grams.

      Good condition. Wear is not noticeable, probably little used. There is rust from storage in a damp room.
