Most items sold via the Valutechnology shop have free delivery to UK mainland Addresses.

Royal Mail: Any item that can be sent via Royal Mail (under £100 and under 2kgs). All items are sent with a proof of posting / proof of delivery number. Some items may be sent requiring a signature or a photo showing proof the item was handed over, if no one is in you will be carded and the parcel held at your local Post Office / Sorting Depot.

DHL: All item are sent tracking and unless Express delivered has been paid for will take 2-3 working days to arrive depending on location with the UK. Any orders for Northern Ireland, Scottish Isles, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight , Isles of Sicily and Channel Islands will require an Additional £12.50 carriage to cover the surcharge imposed on us by DHL. Please select the £12.50 delivery option in the listing to avoid delays in shipping your item.

If you order is returned to us as a failed delivery the buyer will be required to pay £4 redelivery for Royal Mail redeliveries and £8 for DHL redeliveries.

Over Size and Items over 30kgs 

These will be sent via the Pallet Network on a 4-5 day service and you will get a phone call from the courier to book in the delivery with you so please supply a mobile number. The Free Option only covers non-surcharge UK Postcodes, any postcode with a surcharge are listed below and will need the be paid by the buyer.

All item unless stated in the listing or sold via an auction will have a minimum 30 day Warranty. Please contact us via ebay message service if you experience a fault with your item within the warranty period. Within the first month Valutech will provide a Free post returns label to send the item back for repair / replacement and we will return it back to you at our own cost. After 30 days you will be required to send the item back at your own cost and Valutech will repair / replace and send back free of charge.

You may return any item that is “dead on arrival,” or an item that is still in an unopened box or faulty for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days of purchase please contact us to initiate a return for repair or replacement. Valutech Ltd reserves the right to test “dead on arrival” returns and impose the customer a fee equal to 15% of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product and is found to be No Fault Found, or if the item is not able to be re-sold in the same condition due to minor use or broken seals on packaging. Any returned item that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts or packaging, or is in an unsellable condition due to customer tampering will be subject to a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product.

Missing Parts / Accessories or Damage need to be reported with 7 days of receiving the item. After this period Valutech cannot be held responsible and may not be able to help in regards to returns or replacement parts.

Valutech Ltd will not accept returns of any laptop / desktop PC or LCD Monitor product after 30 days from the date you received it. All products of this category more than 30 days old will need to be dealt with by the manufacturer.

If your item is a failed delivery thru no fault of Valutech or the Courier a re-delivery charge of £5.50 Royal Mail, £9 DHL / DPD (£22.50 for Non Mainland UK) and £65 for a pallet will be charged before we send the item out again or it you cancel your order this will be deducted from the total monies refunded

Please note our prices include delivery and any items that are returned due to change or mind, purchased by mistake or found not to be faulty will have the original cost of shipping deducted from the refund. For example, original cost of item £19.97, Valutech's cost to ship the order was £4 so you will receive a refund of £15.97. We do not profit from this it only covers our cost to originally ship the item to you.

We do not refund ant shipping paid for a change of mind / customer remorse return.

Always please contact us for an RMA number before returning your item, otherwise you may experience an delay in your refund. Please allow 5-7 working days from the date you return if delivered for your refund to be processed
